Please read these terms carefully before engaging my services
Welcome to Shea McKenzie Strategic Consulting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of my consulting services and website. By accessing my website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
I provide strategic consulting services as outlined on my website. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for services will be detailed in a separate agreement or statement of work agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any project.
Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information necessary for the provision of services, reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes, and paying all fees as outlined in the service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, I retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in methodologies, processes, and pre-existing materials used in providing services. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.
I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during the course of our engagement. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in a separate non-disclosure agreement.
Payment terms, including fees, payment schedule, and acceptable payment methods, will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the agreement.
My liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of my services or inability to use my services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
